Leaning Willow
Unglazed framed photographic print of an ancient willow against a clear blue sky. I discovered this wonderful tree, apparently crawling like a great injured beast up the steep hillside, during lockdown and have made work from it in a variety of media. In this image, I love the lockdown clarity of the blue sky over the horizon contrasting with the gnarled trunk and twisted roots of the foreground.

Framed in light wood
