Bird poem

One of a few experimental images created by overlaying text onto a photograph, in this case a dead bird. I originally made a short film of the bird as I was so moved by its stillness with the breeze stirring the tiny, downy feathers on its head. So young and life snatched away. I will revisit the film to put together with a voiceover of the text. I love trying to combine 2 passions of image and word.
